Together we can draw up a shortlist of suitable properties taken from our own direct listings as well as other agents properties (we co-operate with our competitors on a fee-sharing basis) and arrange to show them to you at your convenience. Once a sale has been agreed we will liaise with all parties - lawyers, surveyors, designers etc. - right up until the date of completion.
