We have extensive and thorough knowledge of our marketplace with nearly 40 years of combined experience as between the Sales and Lettings partners and we enjoy excellent relations with a great many of the "key players" in the residential property industry including other leading agents, developers, surveyors, lawyers, designers and search/relocation agents.
We pride ourselves on a high standard of presentation and if instructed to market a property, no matter what value, we will produce a smart brochure with floor plans and we will ensure that the property is widely advertised in various print mediums (including the national and local press) as well as on key property internet portals www.primelocation.com and www.findaproperty.com. In addition we are accredited subscribers to www.lonres.com an inter-agent commission-sharing platform, which allows all other leading agents to know about our properties (and vice-versa).
We will provide initial advice on the preparation of the property prior to marketing and we can arrange for a Home Information Pack (HIP) to be supplied, and for rental properties Energy Performance, Gas & Electricity certificates as required by law.

Following a Bachelor of Arts degree at Bristol UWE, Nico moved straight into property sales at one of London's most prestigious Chelsea agencies. Nico handles sales and acquisitions for prime central London residential property on behalf of high net worth individuals. Asset management, portfolio construction, the acquisitions of investment property along with off-market property deals are also handled by Nico. Understanding the importance of exceptional client service and having in-depth knowledge of the London property market has earned him a long list of loyal clients and a solid reputation in the property sector.

With over 25 years' experience in property sales, marketing and agency, Alex has worked with for a number of residential developers and agents big and small; including but not limited to Hamptons International, Savills, Berkeley Homes and Persimmon. At Charles Church, acting as a consultant Alex gained crucial experience in New Homes marketing and learned many of the special requirements that this niche requires. Alex has also considerable experience in creating sales and marketing programs for residential resort developments including new golf resorts, which involves working closely with hotel operators and leisure services. When not working in property, Alex pursues his other interest as an artist working on live performance and installation videos for theatre.

Taniya graduated from Reading University having read Politics and International Relations, but was drawn to the property sector having had a personal want and need to invest in residential property herself. Her previous role selling merchandise to wholesale UK outlets has given Taniya an excellent footing in negotiation, contracts of sale and business experience. Having now had over a year of 'hands-on' experience with the company Taniya has now become ARLA-trained in order to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing regulations and new case law which affects the management of residential property.

Maria graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Leicester and spent many years working as a Marketing and Publicity Manager for various women's magazines, most notably Homes and Gardens magazine. After a move from London to "the country", Maria continued her love of property and interior design by beginning to sell lovely homes. Working with many of the premier agents in Hampshire and Surrey over the last fifteen years – namely Lane Fox, McCarthy Holden and Savills – she has dealt with sales from taking client instructions through to completion. In her spare time Maria is an avid theatre-goer and she is unable to resist the shops.

James is a London property sales guru, having operated within and around Chelsea, Mayfair & Marylebone now for over 30 years. Experience really counts - as shown by James having helped hundreds of clients acquire, dispose of, and maximise prices achieved through his inbuilt knowledge and sharpened skills. As an ex-Army officer, James's precision and execution is second to none – James also ran a property development company in the eighties which has given him a much wider understanding within the broader competence to which we work. James actively invests in residential London property and is an active member of his local resident's association and a board member of the freeholders' association where he resides. To relax James usually heads to Oxfordshire where his second home, a small cottage on a grand old estate, provides a welcome break from London's busy schedule.
