We offer a full Retaining Client service whereby a buyer can retain us to act on their behalf in the buying process. In such a situation our fee would be due from the buyer - who becomes the client - and not the seller, and we would act in the best interests of the buyer to secure a suitable property on the best terms and at the best possible price.

Upon receiving instructions we would search for and identify a shortlist of suitable properties, in some cases prior to their coming onto the open market. The buyer would benefit from our expertise and local knowledge and our relationship with the other agents whose properties we might be offering. Once a suitable property is identified, we would negotiate the purchase price on behalf of the buyer, organise a survey, and provide general advice and guidance up to the point of exchange of contracts and ultimately, completion of the purchase. In other words we would oversee the entire process and all being well, save the buyer a great deal of the time, frustration and stress which can be involved in buying a home.
